This is awesome news for any one who’s either recently got into cycle touring or for those already well acquainted with it.
“Pannier are excited to be offering two travel bursaries to travelling cyclists planning the most interesting unsupported cycle tours during the Spring 2016 touring season.
One bursary will be awarded for the UK & Ireland, and one for the Rest of Europe. The aim? To inspire and enable cyclists to dream-up awesome touring plans and pedal off on their own journeys, in the Pannier spirit of adventure…”
For those inspired by the Trans Continental Race, this could be the perfect opportunity for a test run if you’re not fully committed to the idea just yet. I strongly recommend anyone ‘thinking’ about a cycling adventure in the future to fill in an application regardless, this could be the deciding aspect and also give you some focus as to what you want to achieve from your adventure!
