The long and short of it
A fitting title for this post. The plan was to cycle up to Penrith after work, what I thought would be a relatively straight forward route/ride, bivy the night, cycle a big day saturday and bivy and cycle back home on Sunday. Unfortunately things didn't go quite to plan.
